Service descriptions are provided for general information and may be adjusted due to operational needs, therapist availability, safety reasons, customer suitability or force majeure events.
3. Bookings and Appointments
- Bookings may be made online, by telephone, by email, by WhatsApp, through the website or directly at the location, depending on availability.
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us or from the booking system.
- You are responsible for checking that the selected location, date, time, service, number of guests and contact details are correct.

4. Arrival Time and Late Arrival
